Metal Baler Machine

The primary purpose of a metal baler machine is to reduce the volume of metal scraps, making them easier to transport, store, and handle. The operation of a metal baler machine involves the following steps:

Collection and sorting: Metal scraps are collected and sorted based on their type and quality. This ensures that only suitable materials are processed in the baler.

Loading: The sorted metal scraps are then loaded into the compressing chamber of the baler machine manually or using a conveyor belt or forklift.

Compression: Once the material is loaded, the hydraulic system is activated to apply pressure on the metal scraps. The compressing chamber or baling ram compresses the materials, gradually reducing their volume.

Baling: As the pressure continues to increase, the compressed metal scraps are formed into bales. The baler machine usually has a door or gate that can be opened to eject the bale once it reaches the desired size and density.

Bale tying: Depending on the machine's design, the bales may need to be tied using wires or straps to secure them. Some balers have integrated tying mechanisms, while others require manual tying.

Bale ejection: Once the bale is securely tied, it is pushed out of the machine onto a conveyor or a designated area for further processing or storage.

Metal baler machines are widely used in scrap yards, metal recycling plants, manufacturing facilities, and other industrial settings where metal waste is generated. They play a crucial role in maximizing the efficiency of metal recycling processes by reducing the volume of scrap materials and facilitating their handling and transportation.

 The main frame is the overall welding structure, remove the rust paint (shot shot rust), and remove the sharp edge burrs, the straight weld, neat shape, high mechanical strength, good appearance quality.

5、The limit structure is adopted in the four directions of the side pressure head and left and right, so as to avoid the damage of the side pressure head and side pressure oil cylinder due to the upper and lower swing of the side pressure head in the ordinary baler, making the equipment more safe and reliable, and reducing the maintenance cost.
